Proper Steps:

Read information printed on machine
Sit in machine with an upright posture with feet flat on floor
Brace torso by pressing belly button and shoulder blades down and back into the back rest
Press handles forward until arms are fully extended
DO NOT flare your elbows outward, try to keep them below the shoulder line
Control the return to the starting position without letting weights touch the stack and perform successive repetitions for the desired amount
