Proper Steps:

First read info printed on machine
Start in a seated position on the machine with your back in a neutral position
Ensure center of knees (laterally) are aligned with center of machine's pivot
Slowly straighten the legs to full extension
With a smooth controlled movement, return to start position without resting
For FreeMotion Quad place a foot into the holster and mimic the extension movement
