Proper Steps:

First read info printed on machine, and adjust machine arms so that they start closest to the machine body
Begin seated facing machine with feet flat on floor, and front of torso braced against machine
Grasp the horizontal handles with an overhand grip
With a slight but fixed bend in elbows, pull your elbows together behind you in an arching motion
Control the weights return to the starting position
Without letting the weight stack settle, repeat steps for desired amount of repetitions
