Begin seated in machine with center of knee in line with center of machine pivot, legs locked under lap pad, and cougar calves resting against lower leg pad
Curl your heels towards your glutes until end range of motion is achieved
Control the weights return to starting position
Without the weight stack settling, repeat steps for desired amount of repetitions
