Proper Steps:

Begin lying on the machine with your feet flat on the platform
Brace your core against the belly/chest pad by pulling your bellybutton to your spine and keeping your rib-cage tucked
Retract your shoulder blades and row the weight by bringing your elbows together behind you
Control the weights return to the bottom position
Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
