Proper Steps:

Begin standing shoulder width apart with 2KBs in the 'racked' position
Brace your core by drawing your belly button towards your spine with your rib-cage tucked
Pack your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together
Dip your hips back, then snap forward to launch the KBs up off your shoulders
Complete the upward phase by pressing the KBs in a corkscrew motion to lockout with your biceps beside your ears
Control the KBs' descent back into the racked position
Rinse. Repeat.
