Proper Steps:

Begin in a tall-kneeling position with hips above knees
In one hand at shoulder height, balance a KB upside down using your grip
Corkscrew-extend your elbow as you punch the weight up overhead until your bicep is beside your ear
Control the weight as it returns to the starting position
Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
