Proper Steps:

Begin in a slightly wider than shoulder width stance with your toes angled so that your knees can travel in the same direction
Brace your core, and root your feet into the ground by squeezing the floor and trying to corkscrew your feet outward into the ground, maintain this throughout
Sit onto your heels and lower yourself with control
Drive your heels into the ground and return to starting position
Torso should remain upright or parallel to shins throughout movement
