Proper Steps:

Begin lying on a bench with your feet flat on the floor
Hammer-Grip a DB in one hand with your arm extended out front, and point the face of the DBs plate at the ceiling
Keeping the elbow in place, control the weight as you lower it to the side of your head then press the plate back towards the ceiling
For a better (more challenging) stretch, hold your elbow further up by your head instead of straight out in front of you
