Proper Steps:

At the bottom of each push up, place your mobile foot on the floor 
Instead of returning your foot to the high plank position when you press up, press yourself up and forward into the opposite side position
Alternate evenly on both sides for the desired amount of repetitions or for the length of your desired distance
