Proper Steps:

Begin lying on your back with your hips bent at 90 degrees and your arms extended to the sides with your palms down against the floor
Without letting your shoulders leave the floor, control your legs as they rotate to one side towards the ground
Pull your legs back into the starting position using your core, before finishing the repetition on the opposite side
Repeat evenly for the desired amount of repetitions
