Proper Steps:

Begin facing a lower-than-knee-height box in an athletic stance
Dip your hips back while simultaneously swinging your arms behind you
Throw your arms overhead and explode up into the air, onto the box
Stick the landing with one leg, before returning to the starting position with control
Repeat evenly on both sides for the desired amount of repetitions
