Proper Steps:

Sit tall on your hips with 90-degree bends in both knees
Align your lead knee with your lead hip, and rear knee laterally with your rear hip
Square both hips and both shoulders in parallel with your lead shin
Stack your shoulders above your hips, and align your spine vertically
Brace your core, and press your hands into the floor on either side of your hips to support strong posture
