Proper Steps:

Start in crab position
Lift hand and opposite foot one inch off ground
Bring hover arm into 'guarded position' as the hover leg falls towards floor
Use momentum to rotate hover leg under as hover arm comes over top to land next to the other
Straighten knee of standing leg into a down-dog position with hover leg tucked
Push hover leg back and reach around, rotate slowly
until the same side hand pulls off ground
Land reaching foot then reset into crab position
