Proper Steps:

Start in Loaded Beast
Step one foot next to same side hand as you take that hand off the ground
'Kick' the other leg 'through' the hand and foot on the ground.
Coming back, pull the leg back 'through' the hand and foot on the ground
Replace other hand to floor as other foot 'kicks' back 
Land back in Loaded Beast
*Advanced* = instead of stepping foot forward, try to jump forward, replacing one hand with same side foot, kicking through with momentum.
