Proper Steps:

Read the manufacture instructions on machine
Begin by standing on the lower platform, and hold both handles at hip height
Begin by placing one foot on the upper platform
Maintaining a tall posture, drive the heel of your foot down into the upper platform until both feet are on the upper platform
Keep the starting leg on the upper platform, and lower your second leg back down onto the lower platform with control
Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions on both legs
