Proper Steps:

Begin by locking both legs into the decline bench
Engage Abdominal muscles by pulling your belly button to your spine
With hands folded across the shoulders or behind your ears,
Lift your shoulder blades off of the bench by bringing your rib cage closer to your hips
Return to the starting position to complete a full repetition
