10/24 Women's Self Defense & Personal Safety Complete Class
The full class offers the complete discussion component on personal safety and risk reduction. All physical skills will be taught in this class ranging from the basic punches and kicks, to the more advanced bear hug defense moves. A full simulation will be included with this class. **Full scholarships are available to fulltime, undergraduate students for this class!
