Gravity Strength AM
Using the Gravity Training System, this is a time efficient, total body workout that uses your body weight as the resistance mechanism to increase muscular strength and endurance. Class includes warm up, workout, cool down, and stretching periods all guided by a trained instructor in a small group setting.
Prerequisite
Must be a member of the Student Recreation Center.
**Refund Policy: Full refund within 6 days following the first class; 50% refund within 13 days following the first class. No refund will be given after 13 days of the start of the class.
