Endurance Yoga
Yoga classes are designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, posture, balance, and flexibility through a variety of postures and poses. Yoga facilitates integration of the mind and body by focusing on the breath and experiencing the body from the inside out. In Endurance Yoga, in addition to the flow or vinyasa, we will hold poses longer, focusing on strength and breathing. No experience is necessary.
Prerequisite
Must be a member of the Student Recreation Center.
**Refund Policy: Full refund within 6 days following the first class; 50% refund within 13 days following the first class. No refund will be given after 13 days of the start of the class.
