Restorative Yoga

Yoga classes are designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, posture, balance, and flexibility through a variety of postures and poses. Yoga facilitates integration of the mind and body by focusing on the breath and experiencing the body from the inside out. In Restorative Yoga, we will begin with a flow or vinyasa to warm up and then focus on holding poses intended to help us more consciously relax and release tension. No experience is necessary.

Prerequisite

Must be a member of the Student Recreation Center.
