Are you looking to try a variety of classes throughout the Fitness session? If so, this is the class for you! Each week in this 7-week course will feature a new format allowing you to sample classes in the areas of strength, aerobic and conditioning, mind and body. Spring 2018 will feature Boot Camp, TRX, Yoga, Spin, Barre, Kickboxing and Body Pump. Gain new skills and challenge your body in a different way each week! Full schedule listed below. Please take note of the location. This class will meet in SRC 256 and SRC 245. Week 1 1/15/2018: Boot Camp & Core in SRC 256 Week 2 1/22/2018: TRX in SRC 245 Week 3 1/29/2018: Yoga in SRC 256 Week 4 2/5/2018: Intro to Spin in SRC 252 Week 5 2/12/2018: Barre in SRC 256 Week 6 2/19/2018: Kickboxing in SRC 245 Week 7 2/26/2018: BodyPump in SRC 256 Purchase ANY 2 classes* and receive $10 off your purchase. Purchasing the CrossFit membership will allow you to attend an unlimited number of Washington State University CrossFit classes.A Chinook or SRC membership is required to purchase a CrossFit Pass. Pass holders may attend classes in facilities where they are members; SRC members may attend classes at Down Under, and Chinook members may attend classes at the Chinook. The CrossFit pass does not include membership or provide access to facilities for non-members.
