Intro to Olympic Weightlifting

Intro to Olympic Lifting is and 8 week course that meets twice a week. You will learn the fundamentals of the clean, the jerk, and the snatch. Along the way, you will also be instructed on how to perform auxiliary lifts to compliment the Olympic lifts. A foundation of squatting, pressing & lifting is also included in this strength & conditioning program. This course is taught by a USA Weightlifting certified coach.
