Experience the weight room in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Designed just for women, learn the basics of weight training and the healthy benefits that adding muscle can do for you in this 8 week course (16 training sessions). Lead by a certified personal trainer, Women on Weights will show you how to lift weights properly and provide an understanding as to why adding strength training to your exercise routine will benefit you. Each week you will be introduced to new weight training movements, equipment and machines in the weight room. You will also utilize these exercises and movements in workouts designed just for you and your group.
