Intro to CrossFit: M/W 7:45-8:45am

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities. CrossFit is broad, general and inclusive fitness that seeks to prepare participants for any physical or unknown contingency. You will work on the foundational movements of CrossFit while increasing your knowledge of fundamental CrossFit exercises and increasing your work capacity. Intro to CrossFit is an 8 week course that meets twice a week. Through the 16 classes, you will be taught the fundamental CrossFit movements, perform a Workout of the Day (WOD) and begin tracking strength numbers. Pick 2 Special!
