Yoga for Beginners w/ Kristin

Balancing the benefits of endurance and gentle yoga, yogaflow focuses on a moderate intensity work section with poses held for moderate intervals, shortening holds when necessary to drive practice. Building through a moderate intensity work phase, this class flows through poses without extended pauses or holds. Perfect for those of us who love yoga but have a hard time staying still for too long

Zumba, Late Evening w/ Christal

Lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be increasing your cardiovascular fitness and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities. CrossFit is broad, general and inclusive fitness that seeks to prepare participants for any physical or unknown contingency. You will work on the foundational movements of CrossFit while increasing your knowledge of fundamental CrossFit exercises and increasing your work capacity.
