Boot Camp Basics w/ Matt

If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level then Boot Camp is the class for you! This military inspired workout (without the drill instructor) will incorporate body weight exercises and variety of equipment for a fun workout. Pick 2 Special! Purchase ANY 2 classes and receive $10 off your purchase and a free gift (while supplies last)! NOTE: Classes must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount. Free Fitness FriYAY! Every Friday (continuing on October 19) we will be offering a FREE Fitness class varying in format from 4:00-4:50PM at the SRC. *$10 entrance free for non-members, $6 with a member. Fall Session 2 fitness class schedule will run October 15-December 7. There will be FREE classes Sunday, November 18- Saturday, November 24 for the week of Thanksgiving. Session 2 classes will resume Sunday, November 25. Check urec.wsu.edu/fitness for the Thanksgiving Week Schedule. FREE classes and events between December 8-14 for Sweat the Stress. Registration for Spring Session 1 Fitness classes will open on December 1.
