- For those visiting the SRC with a current member.
Conference Passes & Temporary Passes
Visitors attending local conferences and special events can purchase day passes to access the Student Recreation Center (SRC). Day pass users have access to all amenities in the facility including locker rooms, towel service, and complimentary equipment check-out.
Hosting conferences may purchase SRC access for their conference attendees. Special arrangements can be made so that attendees can use the facility over the course of the conference.
University Departments may also arrange special pass prices for on campus visitors and guests.

SRC Tours
Tours are always available during operating hours and drop-ins are welcome for small groups. If you are bringing a large group of people (10 or more) to tour the Student Recreation Center, please notify us in advance so that we have enough staff to accommodate. To make special arrangements for a facility tour for a large group, please call (509) 335-3249 or email WSU Scheduling.
Parking
The Student Recreation Center parking lot adjacent to the facility, accepts valid WSU parking permits. Hourly parking is also available for patrons without a permit at $0.50 per hour or $0.25 per 30 minutes. Hourly parking requires patrons to purchase a permit from a "pay and display" machine in the parking lot and then display the receipt on the vehicle dash.
Valid zone parking permits include orange, green, yellow, red, blue, gray, and crimson. Other valid permits are visitor, conference, commercial, Golden Cougar (Retirees), President Associates, motorcycle and moped.
WSU housing permits are not valid and overnight parking is prohibited. Parking will continue to be free on weekends and university holidays.
Equipment Rental
Visitors may checkout a day lock for locker use at the Service Counter. Day lockers are located throughout the facility and are available for use. Free sporting equipment is also available for checkout at the service counter for all students and patrons. Equipment includes: basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, racquetball racquets, goggles, and much more.
Towel Service
We offer a free towel service to all of our patrons. We have shower towels and workout towels available at the service counter. We ask that all towels be returned to the yellow laundry bins located in the locker rooms and throughout the facility.
