Workshops & Clinics

University Recreation personal trainers are very knowledgeable in multiple areas of physical fitness and wellbeing. They are dedicated to offering unique programs throughout the year to both members and non-members of the student recreation center.  Workshops are either free or $5, depending on the workshop.  Workshops are open to non SRC members, however, non-members are required to buy an SRC day pass to utilize the workshop.
