Washington State University CrossFit is a national CrossFit affiliate. CrossFit is broad, general and inclusive fitness that seeks to prepare participants for any physical or unknown contingency. Classes are designed for those who are seeking to get fit, have a great time, or even compete in the sport of CrossFit.
