University Recreation offers a variety of martial arts instruction classes taught by experienced Black Belt Instructors. Integrating discipline, precision, power, and self-defense, martial arts classes will increase your inner and outer strength. Classes include Aikido, Capoeira, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate!
