From Yoga to Pilates to Nia, our mind/body classes will help improve your mental awareness and reduce your levels of stress as you develop strength, flexibility, and balance. 

To participate, purchase a mind/body ticket for access to your class of choice. Interested in multiple classes? Take advantage of the Pick-2-Special and receive $10 off your purchase when you choose two mind/body classes or a mind/body class and a fitness passport!
