Do something good for yourself this semester! Help manage stress, improve sleep, increase productivity and feel great by participating in the Fall 2009 Wellbeing Challenge. From September 14 - November 20, GPSA has a variety of activities and workshops that will allow you to stay active and track your progress towards health and fitness goals.
Register by September 27 at the GPSA office in the CUB.
