Member Policies

Classes

Please regard the following policies for your Student Recreation Center Membership:

  • Memberships and lockers are non-transferable.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership.
  • Memberships will be stopped immediately if payment is not received (i.e. payroll deduction stops, or a returned check is received, etc.)
  • Elected memberships will not be refunded except in unusual, unforeseen circumstances. Each requested refund will be judged on a case by case basis. The mandatory student fee will not be refunded, per university policy.
  • Fall, spring, and summer semester memberships will be pro rated following a pre-determined schedule.
