Fitness classes should be challenging, fun and rewarding for anyone who attends.  Group exercise provides us with motivation, new technique and a workout in a social setting.  It is my goal that you will leave class feeling good and good about yourself.  Whether you are new to class or have attended several sessions, I focus on designing class and providing options so that you will feel successful and get a great workout.
