Policies
To protect the investment in and integrity of our equipment, we have several policies in place to ensure the safe handling of ORC rental gear.
- The user assumes all risk inherent with the use of ORC equipment
- The user who rents the equipment is responsible for all of the items checked out to them
- Refunds are limited, check receipt for full details
- Fees for damages and lost items vary depending upon the situation, but can include the total cost of replacement
