Initial Personal Training Appointment
Goal Session
All personal training packages come with a 30-minute goal session. For your goal session:
- Bring any important medical history (past injuries, family history) that your trainer will need to know before designing a program
- Bring any questions you may have about personal training or your health and fitness goals
- Athletic clothing is not required, as no physical activity will take place during your goal session
First Personal Training Session
For your first personal training session, expect the following:
- Wear athletic clothing (comfortable, cool fabrics that breathe easily). No denim please.
- Wear athletic shoes in good condition.
- A water bottle is recommended.
- Bring a positive attitude!
