Special Offerings

University Recreation personal trainers are very knowledgable in multiple areas of physical fitness and wellbeing. They are dedicated to offering unique programs throughout the year to both members and non-members of the student recreation center. These programs range from and are not limited to specialized group fitness classes, weight lifting seminars/workshops, triathlon training workshops, individualized fitness assessments and wellbeing workshops.
