04/21 Test Anxiety

Test anxiety is a specific anxiety that arises just prior to and/or during taking a test. Although we all may feel nervous during exams, test anxiety can create such physiological arousal that it impacts our ability to remember material we have studied. Learn concrete ways that you can use to prepare for exams and while taking exams in order to reduce this form of anxiety. This workshop is provided by the Center for Advising and Career Development (CACD).
