CrossFit, On Ramp T/TH
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities. CrossFit is broad, general and inclusive fitness that seeks to prepare participants for any physical or unknown contingency. This is an 8 week course that serves as an introduction to CrossFit. The course is designed to prepare athletes to transfer into the CrossFit classes in future semesters. You will work on the foundational movements of CrossFit while increasing your knowledge of fundamental CrossFit exercises and increasing your work capacity. This class is required to transfer to future CrossFit classes.
