Climbing Conditioning, TTh

If you want to improve your climbing abilities and get ready for the outdoor season, or just get started on the right track, then climbing conditioning is the course for you. Climbing Conditioning will meets once a week for a one and a half hour session. The course will include introductory and intermediate level coaching on climbing movement. There also will be a focus on basic climbing strength, conditioning, and stretching.

Climbing Conditioning has four primary objectives:

• Improve climbing movement and technique.
• Improve climbing strength.
• Improve climbing endurance.
• Meet other climbers who are also interested in improving their climbing ability.

Prerequisite

Belay qualification is recommended but not required.
