What is Movember?
Movember is a charity that tackles men’s health on a global scale, year round. Movember addresses some of the biggest health issues faced by men; prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. The goal of Movember is to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.
Join UREC and Health & Wellness Services as we support the Movember movement! The Movember Foundation challenges men to grow mustaches during Movember (formerly known as November), to spark conversation and raise vital funds for its men’s health programs.
Every Monday in November we’ll be offering free fitness classes for mos and mo sistas! Information surrounding men's health will be provided at each Monday class.
