It’s that time of year when the Cougs get to take on the rest of the Pac-12 to show off who’s got the most dedication to living a healthy, active life.  We’ve got the facilities, the drive to succeed, and an unwavering will to do whatever it takes to see the Cougs at the top of the Pac-12. Check out our week of fun activities to help you lace up, stretch out, and get in the game! Go Cougs!

Cougar Fitness Challenge
Monday, 10/24 - Friday, 10/28, SRC Weight Room
Compete for glory in daily fitness challenges. Competitive and recreation divisions for men and women. Must participate in each challenge to win. Ask our weight room attendants or personal trainers to get started.

Mile High Ascent
Monday, 10/24 - Friday, 10/28, SRC Climbing Wall
Think you can climb 5,280 feet (189 roped ascents) in five days? Be one of the first three competitors to complete the mile high ascent to achieve glory, and a prize!

Pac-12 Zumba Challenge
Monday, 10/24, 7:00 - 7:50 p.m., SRC Court 1
Join the party with your best Cougar gear and help dance our way to victory! This free activity is open for all fitness levels. Best dressed Cougar fan receives a prize.

Intramural Basketball Skills Competition
Tuesday, 10/25, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., SRC Court 1 & 2
Just like the NBA All Star Game, show us what you can do! Three-point shootout and 47-foot shot contest. Prizes for winners of each event.

Spin HIIT
Thursday, 10/27, 7:30 - 8:00 p.m., SRC Lobby
Need a quick and effective workout? Join us for a free high intensity interval spin workout. All equipment is provided, just bring your A-game and be ready to work hard!
