Each group fitness class is taught by a UREC dance instructor, group fitness instructor, or certified personal trainer. Class length and location vary based on class size and equipment needs. Activities can be scheduled as a one time event or a multiple session package.

General Fitness

Condition your body with general fitness classes designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and improve your flexibility. Classes we can offer include but are not limited to:

  • Cardio Kickboxing
  • Muscle Conditioning
  • Low-Impact Aerobics (step, coreboard, floor)
  • Stretching in the Office
  • Traditional Aerobics
  • Core Conditioning

Mind/Body
