This summer, do something good for your health and the environment by taking alternative modes of transportation.  Sole Power is a program that encourages increasing daily physical activity and minimizing creation of greenhouse gases through use of alternative modes of transportation.   

Sole Power is a self-directed program that allows you to track and recieve incentives for your usage of alternative modes of transportation (car pooling, bus travel, walking, running, biking, skate boarding, and roller blading).  

Benefits of participating in Sole Power include:

* Note: You only have to attend one kickoff session- Program information, pedometers, and lunch and learn on SMARTER Goal Setting will be given at this session.
Each lunch and learn will be held from 12:10-12:50pm , please bring your own meal.
