Proper Steps:

Carefully read machine description and exercise steps printed on machine
TO SET UP:
Stand in the machine with your shoulders and back against the pads
Pull down on lever and squat to lowest desired position
Then let go of lever to set your squat depth
THE LIFT:
extend your knees and press shoulders into the pad
Control the descent back into the lowered position
Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
TO EXIT MACHINE:
Grab lever and push your self into your standing position
