Position your feet shoulder width apart against the crosspiece Grasp the handle grips or sides of the seat Bend your knees and lower the weight until you reach 90 degrees Slowly push the weight back up by driving through your heels DO NOT fully lock out your knees Repeat for desired number of repetitions
