Proper Steps:

Position the machine to begin with your knees as far apart from each other as possible, whilst maintaining a neutral spine
Lock your upper body into the seat
Initiate the movement by bringing the knees together, stopping once the knees are square with the hips
Complete the repetition by controlling the weight as it returns to the starting position
Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
