Proper Steps:

Read manufacture information on machine
Gently drop assist arm
Set weight stack close to body weight
Reduce assistance weight to increase challenge
Begin with knees on assist arm, and both hands on dip bars
Brace your core, and keep your shoulder blades down and together throughout
Control descent until your elbows reach 90 degrees
Squeeze elbows together in front and press back up into the starting position
Lean forward to prioritize chest or stay vertical to target triceps
