Gently drop assist arm
Set weight stack close to body weight
decrease assistance weight to increase challenge
With both hands on pull up bars, place both feet on assist arm and control descent into a dead hang
begin movement by squeezing shoulder blades down and together
pull your elbows into your back pockets and bring your chest to your hands
Control descent into starting position - aim to move in a straight line below the bar
