Proper Steps:

Read info on machine
Set machine to start with handles slightly in front of shoulders
Sit tall in the machine with feet flat on floor
Brace torso by pressing belly button into the back rest, and squeezing shoulder blades down and together.
Hold hand grips with a soft but fixed elbow bend
Initiate movement by squeezing elbows together in an arc until hands are close to touching
Control the weight as it returns to the starting position
Repeat for desired number of repetitions
